Terms of Service

Kamon is operated by KAMON, business registration 031350888, registered at Vincom Center, Ben Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City. You can reach us at support@kamon.vn.

We provide the software a shop uses to publish its services and take bookings. We are not the shop. The haircut, the price, the appointment itself and any refund are between you and the shop you booked. We do not employ its staff, set its prices, or guarantee its work.

You can book without creating an account. We will ask for your name, a phone number or email address, and your consent to hold them — booking is not possible without that, because a shop cannot hold an appointment for somebody it has no way to contact.

A booking is a request until the shop confirms it. Shops set their own cancellation and no-show rules and are responsible for telling you what they are.

Give accurate details. A wrong phone number means a reminder that never arrives and a chair held empty for somebody who was never coming.

Booking signs you up to appointment reminders only — a confirmation and a reminder before your appointment, sent over Zalo, LINE, SMS or email. These are part of the service and cannot be switched off separately from the booking itself.

Marketing is separate and always opt-in. We do not add you to a promotional list because you booked a haircut, and we do not sell your details to anyone.

You are responsible for what you publish: your prices, your service descriptions, your photos, and your opening hours. Only upload photos you have the right to use — photographs of your own premises and work, with the consent of anybody recognizable in them.

You are the data controller for your customers’ details. We process them on your behalf so that the platform works. Do not use those details for anything a customer has not agreed to.

Staff records. The timeclock stores clock-in photographs and working hours for your staff. Tell your staff this before you switch it on. In both Vietnam and Thailand that is their personal data, and you are the one holding it.

Using Kamon as a customer is free. Shops pay a subscription; the current price, billing period and trial are shown when you sign up and [DESCRIBE REFUND POLICY].

Payment for the appointment itself is between the customer and the shop unless the shop has enabled online payment, in which case the payment provider’s own terms also apply.

Do not make bookings you do not intend to keep, impersonate somebody else, scrape the site, try to reach data belonging to another shop, or use Kamon for anything illegal where you are.

We may suspend an account that does. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

We work to keep Kamon available and correct, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable or never contain an error. It is provided as it is.

We are not liable for the quality of any service you book, for a shop closing, or for a shop cancelling on you. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to a shop is limited to the fees that shop paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing here removes a right you have under Vietnamese or Thai consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.

You can stop using Kamon whenever you like. A shop can cancel its subscription at any time and keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.

When a shop leaves, its published page comes down. Records we are required to keep — consent records and booking history among them — are kept for as long as the law requires and no longer.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the version in force. The record of which version you agreed to is kept with your consent record.

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes go to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
